Partner NFT - owners of unlisted Partner NFT have 25% higher staking reward rate and 25% higher level up rate for PandaGotchi

Himalayan Forest - Red Pandas search for $bambu in the forest. Owner of Himalayan land gets 15% tax of claimed $bambu. There is also a chance to get additional 10-20% of $bambu, if Red Panda lost some. Forest represents staking zone. $bambu supply for staking zone isn't endless and some time is needed for forest to recover. Other staking zones will be introduced later.

Marten - Takes action in Tamagotchi part of the game. Marten gets 15% tax of $bambu claimed in Tamagotchi section and has a 10% chance to finding new-born Red Panda. If Marten found new-born Red Panda, it has 50% chance of stealing it.
